At our March 7 meeting, Chris Morris gave an excellent talk on advanced lighting in Cinema 4D. Chris is a CG artist with a strong background in photography, photo retouching, and lighting design, and he draws upon all those skills to explain how to achieve truly realistic lighting in your CG renderings. Even if you think you have mastered the art of CG lighting, you're sure to learn something new from Chris' in depth presentation.
Chris has also been generous enough to share the C4D files and the layered PSD file he used for his talk. Download them from the links below and follow along with him as he walks you through his lighting process.
Chris concluded his presentation with this lighting breakdown of a complex interior scene.
